We all have had our moments where we explode. We all have said things that we regret saying to those that we love and care for. At what point do we learn how to express our emotions without getting so frustrated and angry? Do you know that it is alright to become angry? There are healthy ways of expressing anger outside of lashing out screaming or becoming physical with someone. Learning these ways not only makes a person feel better, but can improve the relationships that are involved. Do not become preoccupied by what others think about you or the course you are taking to better yourself...
